Notes:   Clearly a Godwit with long, slightly upturned bill with pink base reaching > 50% of bill length. Clearly larger/heavier than proximate Black Winged Stilts. Tall appearance with long-necked look. Plain grey-brown upper parts/back. In flight showed thick black terminal bar on tail, mainly white underwing with black/dark leading edge and trailing edge. Upper wing showed white bar running across primaries and secondaries. Black terminal band on tail distinguishes from Bar-tailed. White underwing coverts from Hudsonian
