Size is difficult to judge, but this bird looks quite small in comparison to the weeds on the ground.
Ovambo should have dark red eyes. Cere and legs orange to yellow-orange to orange-red.
The apparent thin white rump and two distinctive white spots on the tail look more like Little Sparrowhawk. |
