Province:   Free State
Country:   South Africa
Locus:   2829AD
Observer:   Richter W.
Date of record:   2007-04-08
Number of photos:   1
Notes:   Its length was about half a meter. The snake was in the water of a small water point and most of it was submerged. I am not sure whether it was drinking then or could not get out of the artificially constructed water point (Fern Fountain). I fished it out with my kierie. When it was outside it struck out at the walking stick.
