These droppings were on a couple of small rocks along the Silvermine River Trail (found during post-fire birdcount walk, when the park was closed to the public). The droppings were full of shells -- could they have been left by an otter? If not, presumably some other small carnivore. Thumb/hand in photos to give an idea of scale. |
