Comment:   Long upper legs, round head shape and weight in belly more typical of a Buffy Pipit (which also has a pink base to the bill). Heavy blotches on the back and strong face markings point toward a juvenile (which could explain why it is not in the typical habitat of a Buffy Pipit)
