Comment:   Ebird distribution map shows Brown Babblers occuring on the border of Uganda and Rwanda, ±80km north of your location as the crow flies. The brown lores and absence of white streaks/arrows on the breast point to Brown Babbler. Excellent photo record for Rwanda!
