Comment:   Reddish eye, larger white panel on the underwing, distinct rufous belly. Grey face not uncommon (see photos on Handbook of the World Alive, which currently does not split Milvus migrans and Milvus aegyptius, in contrast to IOC World Bird List 10.1 and previous versions)
