Notes:   Confused about this one. Sorry bad photos. Boskopdam outside Potchefstroom. Looked different from other wagtails. I asked a few people and they said that it is just a Cape Wagtail. Band on the chest confuses me. Please help?

Comment:   Within their fairly small distribution range, Cape Wagtails show quite a bit of plumage variation. Breast band could be broad, or narrow or just an irregular spot in the centre. The underparts could vary in colour from whitish, to buffy, to pinkish to pale olive.
