Comment:   This is a neat, undescribed species of Myrmeleon (or a possible new genus), characterized by the strongly clubbed, white tipped antennae. In SA known only from the coastal forests of northern Zululand (Cape Vidal, Sodwana, Sibaya, Kosi Bay), and widespread in Mozambique. The characteristically pale larvae build pitfall traps, sheltered by dune forest.
