Notes:   This is a new species of Tomopterna that is being formally described (Abeda Dawood, pers. comm.). At present it is only known from Beira (the type locality) and Banhine NP. This individual was photographed in Banhine NP. Two pairs of double subarticular tubercles beneath the first finger.
