This exquisite species if fairly widespread in central and eastern Africa, but is very rare. It is known from SA, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Kenya and Malawi. There is only one previous record from Mozambique, and 2 from SA. The larvae are thought to live in tree holes or rocky ledges. This is a first for ADU Lacewingmap. |
