Comment:   This beautiful antlion is fairly common and widespread in the driers of western South Africa, extending into Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia. Wing marking can vary considerably. Larvae are unknown. Readily attracted to light. this one has unusually light markings on the wings. It is a female.
