Comment:   This is a rarely encountered species, and a first record for the Eastern Cape Province. It appears to be a southern African endemic, currently only known from SA and Swaziland. Occurs in Limpopo, Limpopo, North West, Gauteng and KZN, consequently a very valuable record from ECape. A beautiful and robust species, and obviously a fast flier. Nothing is known about its biology.
