Comment:   This is a Cueta species, but cannot be sure of the actual species from the photo. The genus is fairly common and widespread southern Africa. The pit-building larvae occur in hard soil in completely exposed situations. All Cueta larvae are pinkish in colour, and are impossible to distinguish from one another
