Comment:   This is an undescribed species of Pamares that occurs in the Tanaqua Karoo. The genus is endemic to the western regions of the Northern Cape and Namibia. Specimens are generally rare, being located in remote area. this is a very nice record. the only larvae that have been found live in loose dune sand in grass tussocks in the Namib.
