Comment:   The genus Notiobiella is characterized by the green coloration of these "brown lacewings" and the typically rounded wing shape. The adults are all very similar and require genetalic dissection to distinguish the species. The genus is very widespread - Africa, Madagascar, South America, Asia, Australia, but only two species are known from South Africa. Very nice pictures of the immature stages Possibly N. turneri
