This species of arrow-winged lacewings is known only from the Western Cape Provinces and it is centred in the Clanwilliam area – now known as the “Clanwillaim arrow wing”. They are characteristically yellow with brown abdominal stripes, with a prominent pterostigma. Strongly attracted to light. Larvae are thought to live freely in sand. This is a very nice locality in extending the known range. |
