Notes:   McMurtry, D.M. #1160: Witwatersrand quartzite ridge. Somewhat robust terrestrial ? 500mm tall, growing in grass between Protea caffra in rich loam soils.Only two alba clones in a fairly large community of normal pink coloured plants. Fls white with purple dots. Pickle: No. 87. Colour transparency attached to sheet. The habitat of these Disas (the only one on the entire Witwatersrand??) will be covered by 'inhuman' houses by 1979.
