Notes:   mature male. It hitched a ride in my friends tent after a camping trip in Thali Thali game reserve inland from Langebaan Western Cape. It's just over 9 cm's DLS, very black, with a faint red color on the abdomen hairs and very red chelisirae. The male hooks are prominent and this boy is very fast but not overly defensive. The camp area is thorn bush and grass, with soft sand underfoot.
