Comment:   This species is commonly found in the Kalahari, and appears to be a Kalahari endemic. It is attracted to light at certain times of the year. The species is known from the Northern Cape of South Africa, Botswana and Namibia. The larvae are unknown, but almost certainly inhabit deep sand.
