This species of thread-winged lacewings is endemic to the Western Cape if South Africa, and is fairly common in the Cedarberg – but rarely encountered –. The larvae are short-necked (unlike species of Laurhervasia that have an elongated prothorax. They live in detritus in rock crevices, often associated with rodent’s nests |
