This is possibly a species of Podallea (Family Berothidae - beaded lacewings)Podallea species are fairly common in the north western parts of South Africa. They are difficult to identify without dissection. It is suspected that their larvae are inquilines in wood-eating termite nests. They belong to the family Berothidae – the beaded lacewings. |
