This is a Creoleon species, possibly C. nubifer, but cannot be sure. C. nubifer is fairly common and widespread. Distinguished by the sharply acute hind wings with an apical streak.Adults are usually encountered in grassy areas where they rest on grass stalks with the wings wrapped around the body. Larvae are unknown, but will be free-living in sand. Adult males emit a very strong repellent scent |
