Comment:   This species is widespread in the drier western areas of southern Africa. It is known from Angola, Namibia and the Northern Cape Province of South Africa, and is fairly common in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, and Park. It is protected within several conservation areas, including the TFP and Tswalu Kalahari Reserve. Also in the Namib-Naukluft Park in Namibia. It is frequently attracted to light, often in numbers. Immature stages are unknown.
