Comment:   Appears to have a central ridge along the spine, especially towards the tail. If so, a lovely record of a Mehelya stenophthalmus.

Comment:   I do not see any enlarged vertebral scales. The small scales, head not distinct from the neck and head shape suggest Atractaspididae, possibly Atractaspis sp.
