Comment:   This looks to me like a Long-tailed Thread Snake (Leptotyphlops longicaudus), but I'll hold back on the ID until more comments have come in from the SARCA expert panel.

Comment:   Four thread snakes (Leptotyphlops)in this area are mainly dark brown or black above and below. Only the Long-tailed Thread Snake may be plumbeous above and flesh-coloured below.
