Notes:   I believe this definitely to be Lygodactylus luteopicturatus (Yellow-headed dwarf gecko) found in the Pocket Guide to reptiles and amphibians of East Africa (Spawls, Howell and Drewes) and also on the web at http://reptile-database.reptarium.cz/species?genus=Lygodactylus&species=luteopicturatus . Both confirm the distribution area.
