Notes:   Species is naturally occurring here, and we are not sure whether they hail from a founder stock of madikwe escapees, or whether they come from Botswana. The population occurs within 50 km from the park, and we do frequently receive DCA reports for them in area. This is one of our only free-range populations in NW.
