Notes:   There is evidence of a substantial population of Greater Cane rats in Korsman Bird Sanctuary. Lots of droppings, pathways, nests, patches of cut reeds and grass, gnawed grass tussocks, and the occasional live sighting. Although we have the occasional raptor visiting it is unknown whether they prey on the Greater Cane rats.
