This is the 16-strong Linyanti Pack, As we were given to understand, the pack had recently lost one or both of its alpha pair, and a dispute was in process to establish replacements. In the first picture, where the track passes into the scrub, the contenders are engaging one another. The attention of most pack members is fixed on that dispute. The other two pictures show that bloodshed had been involved, although, not, apparently, to the extent of permanent injury. |
