Notes:   Note Mopane Worms Gonimbrasia belina feeding on the leaves. The caterpillars are capable of stripping a tree completely, but once they fall to the ground to pupate the tree grows a new suit of leaves. Mopane trees are well able to cope with the caterpillars' depredations.
