Comment:   Unfortunately I could find little to no details on e.g. the sizes of some of the shrews that occur in the area: Cinderella shrew (Crocidura cinderella), Fox's shrew (Crocidura foxi), Savanna shrew (Crocidura fulvastra), Bicolored musk shrew (Crocidura fuscomurina), Lamotte's shrew (Crocidura lamottei), Mauritanian shrew (Crocidura lusitania), Savanna Path shrew (Crocidura viaria) and Somali Shrew (Crocidura somalica).
