This is a beautiful Cape endemic. Sometimes called the "Cape owlfly" Known from Cape Town, Rondebosch, Kirstenbosch, Steenberg Mountain. It extends as far east as Storms River, with a number of forest area localities in between. Always exciting to see a specimen Larvae unknown. |
