McMurtry, D.M. #12725: Mountain summit stunted shrubland, rocky, Usnea rich. Very slender terrestrial just 160mm tall in flower. Appears to bear a single leaf only.
N.B. - flowered in hort on 6SEP05. Fls green, minute - non-resupinate and petal apex distinctly papillate sensu Williamson G., vide Kirkia 13 : 247 - 48, (1990).
