I think this is also a sawfin. In young fish especially, they can be distinguised from yellowfish by the serrations on the main rigid dorsal fin spine. This is smooth in yellowfish (however, the anal fin spine is serrated). If you catch any more, you could check and let us know in the comments to help with IDing. |
