|
Common and widespread in southern Africa and easily be confused with other Cueta species. The pit-building larvae occur in hard soil in completely exposed situations. All Cueta larvae are pinkish in colour, and are impossible to distinguish from one another. This picture shows very clear abdominal patterns, which are useful in distinguishing species from each other. |
