Comment:   Yellow House bat (Scotophilus dinganii) is common in Gauteng, especially northern region. Lesser Yellow House Bat (S. viridis) is possible but very unlikely since its core distribution are woodlands east of the country and there are no published records of its occurence in Gauteng.
