It looks very sparrow-like... Chestnut sparrow shouldn't be in the area, but also not that far out of range. |

After some discussion we will settle on Northern Grey-headed Sparrow with irregular plumage colouration. Perhaps the bird bathed in some red dust somewhere nearby? |
