Province:
Country:   Botswana
Locus:   2023AB
Observer:   Myburgh G
Date of record:   2020-11-08
Number of photos:   1
Notes:   An almost 40degree C day. The owlet spent about half an hour on the perch. Eyes closed most of the time, wings away from body, mouth open hyper-ventilating, to remain cool and eyes closed I think to prevent moisture loss.
