Note that all the Nxabega records for November 2008 came from Big Birding Day for that year. The guides had asked to form a team,but because all were on call for their guests we had to run the event in shifts, with participants taking part as and when they could be spared. The event therefore spanned several days, until we had accumulated exactly 24 hours of birding time at which point we stopped. Score was 160 species, which beat the Maun Head Office team which was all that really mattered. |
