Comment:   As at Jan-14 I believe that we still have the Cape Gull as a sub spp. [L.d.vetula] of Kelp Gull [see http://adu.org.za/sp312_00.php]. I believe that Cape should have more angular head and smaller shorter bill than Kelp.
