Comment:   This is an undescribed species of Pamexis, known only from the Calvinia area - Hantamberg, Keiskie Pass, so this is another very welcome record. It is one of the lichen-associated species - as can be seen from the photos. A sister taxon, P. namaqua - also lichen-associated occurs in Northern Namaqualand - Steinkopf, Richtersveld.
