Comment:   a green lacewing, possibly Chrysoperla pudica, but cannot be sure - need to see full wing venation. Chrysoperla species lay batched of stalked eggs, and the larvae often carry the empty skins of their prey in their backs to enhance camouflage - hence the name "trash carriers"
