Notes:   This dragonfly was minute. I could not believe how small it was. It is not a Black Percher and the photo might be misleading. I know Black Perchers. See Ryan Tippett's postings on the VMU for Little Perchers. I have done a lot of homework on this one so you can trust my ID on this one.
