Notes:   McMurtry, D.M. #4808: Exposed windy damp grassveld. Slender terrestrail about 240mm tall in flower, growing in montane sour grassveld, some rocks, westerly slope. New record for the Transvaal. Fls rusty-brown; lip with bright yellow centre blotch. Colour slide attached to sheet. Cited in the Field Guide.
