McMurtry, D.M. #2289: High-altitude rocky sour grassveld. Plant ? 180 mm tall, only one plant found on rocky south-slope.
Fls hood and lateral sepals greenish-white ground, variously speckled with maroon-red; lip pure white with very few and widely spaced minute reddish dots.
