Notes:   McMurtry, D.M. #2289: High-altitude rocky sour grassveld. Plant ? 180 mm tall, only one plant found on rocky south-slope. Fls hood and lateral sepals greenish-white ground, variously speckled with maroon-red; lip pure white with very few and widely spaced minute reddish dots. Flower layout attached to sheet. Line drawing attached to sheet. Pickle: No. 196. Colour transparencies attached to the sheet. Cited in Field Guide. Although Peter Linder dets this specimen, he does not include it in the List of South African Orchid Species., Occurrence: uncommon
