Notes:   very common in late summer, come out into the open to feed on garden flowers such as Salvia microphylla, Raphiolepis, red Bougainvillea and red Hibiscus, and weeds like Lantana camara. Very attracted to red/orange/pink flowers. Wary and fast flying if you move but will come to feed if you stand very still.
